It is intended that the raffle tickets for the 12 prizes (gallons of gasoline) will be available over the internet at the Fear This website.
- First Place Prize is the equivalent of 1,000 (one thousand) gallons of fuel to a maximum of $4,000.00 (four thousand U.S. dollars).
- Second Place Prize is the equivalent of 250 (two hunderd and fifty) gallons of fuel to a maximum of $1,000.00 (one thousand U.S. dollars).
- 10 Third Place prizes of $25.00 Gas Cards
- There is no cash value for the winning tickets.
- Winners must be 18 years of age by the date of the drawing.
- Winners must be U.S. Citizen.
- Winners must show proper picture identification to receive prizes.
- Winners will be notified by phone and e-mail within 24 hours of the drawing.
- Winners must claim prizes within 30 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and a new ticket will be drawn for each unclaimed prize.
- The list of winners and their prizes will be listed at the website.
All internet ticket sales must be paid for thru PayPal.
The information from PayPal will be retrieved, and vouchers (one for each ticket purchased) will be returned via e-mail to be held by the purchaser. After validation of the payment, a ticket “stub” with the voucher number will be generated and will be put in the ticket barrel for drawing. A corresponding ticket voucher with the voucher number will be appropriately e-mailed to the purchaser for their proof of purchase and prize redemption.
The ticket stubs generated thru e-mail purchase will be identical to the ticket stubs attached to the hard copy tickets so that in drawing there will be no “feel” difference when tickets are drawn.
In the fall of 1999 and spring of 2000 there were 16 teens killed in fatal car crashes in metro Atlanta, leading to the creation of DRIVESAFE4Life, an advanced driver training course designed and taught by Police Academy Instructors. Since January 2004 we have trained 1700 teens in Georgia. A few of these teens have actually traveled from other states to attend our training.
FearThis4Life and the DRIVESAFE4LIFE program is the only advanced training program endorsed by John Oxendine, State of Georgia Insurance Commissioner. There are now numerous courts in Atlanta referring first time offenders to us.
