| I am so thankful this program exists for our teens. I had a 16 year old brother and a 13 year old sister that died together in a car accident back in 1973 in Lilburn. Today, 32 years later, our family still hurts and misses them, especially my parents. Currently, I have a 17 year old that recently received a speeding ticket and was ordered to take the DriveSafe4Life course as part of his
punishment. I appreciate the efforts of the community to help stop our unnecessary deaths on the road. May God bless the efforts with many saved lives! |

| I lost my son on Feb 9, 2003 as a result of teenage reckless driving, speed and racing. This class WILL prevent other parents from having to endure what we have. Remember that you as parents are in control. Take those keys away if you are unsure about your teen driver. Thanks for supporting this organization. I encourage every teen to attend this class.

| I think this program is a wonderful idea, that I wish could be compulsory. Regrettably in our society we are too preoccupied with what our rights and privileges are, often at the expense of our responsibilities. Even though my daughter is a sophomore in college, at the first opportunity she will participate in this program or risk walking. |

| My 17 year-old daughter was killed in a car accident in January 2000. She was not a very good driver, but was passed by the Drivers' Ed. teacher, therefore she got her drivers license. We now wonder if the instructor passed her just to get her out of the class. We didn't feel that we had the right to not let her drive, she passed Drivers' Ed. after all, right? Well now we live everyday in devastating pain because she is gone from our lives forever. Parents, please do not let your teens drive on their own until YOU feel that they are a good driver. The loss is not worth it!! I now have a son who just turned 16 and is ready to take the drivers test. I am petrified to let him get it and drive on his own. But, I will not keep him from accomplishing this because of the mistake his sister made. But, I will make positively sure that he is a good driver before he gets that license!! I hope and pray all parents do the same! Please protect your teens and yourself from devastating loss and make sure they are good, safe drivers before letting them out on the roads alone. |

| I love the concept of your programs and I know in the
long run it will benefit teen drivers. However we do have teen drivers in South Ga. Jonesboro,McDonough, Riverdale,College park, etc.,I think you get the idea. We need this wonderful program down south also, because My daughter is about to become a teen driver and I would like to send her through theses safety programs, but they are to far. All in All I think your program is a great idea and will benefit all teen drivers who can afford it. Sincerely, A Teen Parent |

| This morning I watched Brett Martin interview on teen driving. I'm very interested in getting more information on this program for my 13 soon to be 14 year old daughter. She attends school in the Atlanta Public School system and I would like to introduce this program to the APS system. This is an awesome idea for our kids and this should be a mandatory class included in our high schools state wide. Thank you for keeping our kids safe behind the wheel. |

However we live in Carroll County and i was hoping that you would have a course closer. I will keep checking your website. Thank you to all that is involed with this program, I hope as many teen drivers as possible will take advantage of this.
Thanks to all of you for thinking of our youth drivers. |

I look forward to getting my boys and family involved as much as possible with this program. Way to go!!! |

| Hi, I think this is a very wonderful thing that you are doing. There are so many fatal crashes in the state of Georgia and all over the country. So many heart broken families that have to deal with the loss of their loved ones because someone wasn't paying attention or because someone wanted to COOL!! or drunk. I think that in every state classes and courses should be made the law before any 16 year old get even begin to receive their licenses. Thanks So Much for what you are doing. The onlyway I found out about this website is I had seen it on Good Morning Atlanta on Fox 5. I am enrolling my 16 year old cousin so he and his mother can take this course. Maybe this may save lives. Something needs to be done there are so many death from car accidents. Thanks Katrina |

| I saved the article from the June 25, 2003 AJC and I would be interested in a car care class for my 17 year old son and his friends. We live in East Cobb County, but could easily attend one in Roswell or Sandy Springs. I will check back on your site periodically, but let me know if you are planning a class in this area. Thanks. |

| I have been a police officer in Gwinnett County for over 21 years. I have spent over 14 years investigating fatal traffic accidents. I have knocked on many doors in the middle of the night delivering very terrible news to parents about their sons and daughters. Without question, making the notification is the most difficult part of the job. In February 2003 I recieved such news about my own son. Matt was killed in a traffic accident less than a mile from my house. The car in which he was a passenger was struck by a pickup truck that was racing another vehicle. Although as a parent I worried about it every time my boys left the house, I never imagined that it would happen to one of my own children. I deeply appreciate the work that "fear this" is trying to do. Parents need to get involved but most importantly TEENS need to get involved in the effort to save lives! Teens listen to other teens more than they listen to adults. Please get involved in this organization or at school, church, work or where ever teens can get together and attempt to solve the problem. Be Safe! |

| Mr. Gaines,
As Co-President of Norcross High School I would like more information to share with parents at an upcoming program we have scheduled in the Spring (April 26, 2004). We will have a panel consisting of people whose lives have been changed in some way through "drinking and driving." I would appreciate a response. Thank you for all your wonderful work. |

| My son had over 260 stitches in his head, lost 40% of his blood, and received a severe brain injury in an accident as a passenger with a teenage driver when he was 15. By the Grace of God, he recovered from most of his problems, even the brain injury, over the next 5 years. When he later got his license at age 16, I sent him to Road Atlanta to a defensive driving school. He was not involved in any accidents as a teenager and has told me many times how the training he got helped him avoid auto accidents. I look forward to supporting your organization in the future. Let me know what you need. |
